When Olive (Emma Stone) finds herself the talk of her school due to a false rumour about having been with a boy, she realises that sometimes lying can get you what you want. She starts helping guys at school out of trouble with her new-found fibbing skills – basically by pretending to sleep with them - but does she go too far when she starts to get a reputation and run the risk of being chucked out of school altogether?
