Around 400 UK DVD's with audio description are now available to buy or rent (full list below). Check the usual outlets - supermarkets, HMV, Blockbuster, online stores etc.
The a.d. track is just another of the many available audio tracks on a disc. Some of these tracks are commonly used for director / cast commentaries. Pressing the 'audio' button on the DVD remote control selects the available audio tracks.
If a DVD has an audio description track, it's usually the case that the Blu Ray release of the film will also have the track. But sometimes the Blu Ray release will have the track, and the DVD will not. Check the list below beore you rent/purchase.
